Damage Claims:

Customers must notify within 10 days of receipt of any damaged or defective product, or any other discrepancy. All returns must be approved. Return Authorization numbers will be issued and must appear on the outside of each box. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Shipping claims must be reported to carriers within 10 days from receipt of shipment.

Important: Do not destroy shipping cartons until advised as to how to proceed. All damaged returns will be inspected upon receipt at the warehouse and full credit, partial credit, or replacement will be issued based upon condition of returned goods. A restocking fee of 20% will be assessed for unjustified or unauthorized returns.
